COMMENTS: Have been unable to identify the parents of Frank L. Wallace; he said he was 17 when he joined the union army in Wisconsin, nothing was said about is parents. The census records all state that his mother and father were born in Ireland. Seba's father is unknown. In 1870 the couple was living with the Gwins, who were also newly married. In her obituary it is stated that her mother's first husband was a U. S. Congressman from Mississippi. (I have not found him.)
