The following persons have taken out their final naturalization papers since the last session, viz: Charles Seidel, Ferd Meekhalker, Leopold Mechalker, Joseph Kundelker, John Folta, Carl Schwede, Wm. Schwede, Fredrich Gundelech, Stephen Tell, Gerhard Kuch, Franz Labay, Michael Labay and Ernst Krenek.
Frank Pruchn, an alien and subject to the emperor of Austria, applied and was granted final letters of citizenship.
Axel de Lemos and Chas. de Lemos, aliens and subjects to the king of Denmark, applied and were made citizens of the United States.
Berthold Leyshat an alien and subject of the Emperor of Germany, applied for and was granted final letters of citizenship.
A. Scholandt and B. Tiemann, aliens and subjects of the empire of Germany, were made citizens of the United States.
|H. Hodde, W. E. Welford, John Moury, Martin Pewanke, August Ilse and Edward Matzke applied and were granted final letters of citizenship.

SEVEN TAKE OUT FINAL PAPERS OF NATURALIZATION
Federal Immigration Agent Zichur was in the city last Saturday and examined 17 applicants for final papers of naturalization. Many laughable replies were given to the questions propounded, ranging all the way from Ferguson and Jos. Bailey as present governor of Texas to an utter ignorance of who are our county officers.
