Instructions for Submitting Your Family Group Sheet
The chart below is made for a family of 12 children. To simplify indexing these and to prevent duplication, we will only be indexing the chart under the “head of household’s” surname. If there is more than one marriage, please make a separate chart for each marriage with a notation in the comments box that states this is an addional marriage.
* Put all SURNAMES in capital letters.
* DO NOT include LIVING PERSONS on these charts. Write the word LIVING with no other information.
* COPY AND PASTE the following chart into an E-MAIL and fill in the blanks!
* DELETE ANY EXTRA CHILDREN'S SPACES THAT YOU DON'T NEED OR COPY AND PASTE IF YOU NEED MORE.
* A connection to Colorado County should be shown.
* Add any additional information [such as when they arrived in Texas, occupation, military service, education, religion, etc,] in the area left for comments, below the children.
* We strongly encourage everyone to quote their sources in the source area.
