My first visit to this cemetery was in 1975. Thirty years later it is still one that you must dodge the briars, follow the cow paths and push the yaupon out of your way in order to move about. I feel almost certain that my great-great-great-grandparents, John and Margaret (Edwards) McMillan are buried here. However, there is no physical evidence to support that feeling. Recently, Earnest Mae Seaholm, Joyce Stancik (these are her GGG-grandparents also), Bill Stein and I went for another look. In order that we might share our adventure with you, we invite you to enjoy the photos we took on this adventure. Have fun! It is a lot easier to maneuver through these photos than through the cemetery.Dorothy Albrecht, 2005 |
